Our entire business model and every source of projected revenue in 2020 was not only shut down in March, it became and continues to be, illegal to operate due to Covid 19. Like many of you, we had to explore new ways to do what we do, decide if we could even continue in business, and if we did continue, how were we ever going to deliver the same or better products and services that we were known for with all the new restrictions? And who could we put in front of you to teach the best practices and strategies to grow and scale your leadership excellence, culture, team performance and customer experience, when no one has gone through this pandemic before? It is the strength of our vision that continues to drive us forward, and it can do the same for you.
Most people are focusing on revenue and keeping people safe when the #1 leadership superhero power right now we should all be focusing on to increase revenue and safety, is vision. Why?
